Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting, work closely with hiring managers to find and attract qualified candidates
  • Formulate a sourcing strategy aligned with vacancy requirements
  • Source relevant profiles through multiple active and passive channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals)
  • Conduct screening and skills assessment, qualify candidates and provide recommendations to the hiring managers
  • Engage and build candidates relationships with candidates, ensuring a world-class candidate experience
  • Maintaining recruitment databases, tracking candidate progress, and ensuring that all candidate information is up-to-date and accurate

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years excelling in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Proven track record of recruitment success.
  • Proficiency in crafting and executing sourcing strategies.
  • Date-driven mindset, adept at analyzing past searches and market trends.
  • Understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Result-oriented, attentive to details, and responsibility.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
  • Strong desire to dive deeper and develop in Recruitment.
